		Welcome to Meridian!  --  About Our Services Meridian Medical Group is a multi-specialty group that provides all primary care services. We care for all age ranges from newborns, children and teens, to adults and senior adult patients. We pride ourselves as being able to care for multiple generations of the same family all in one group of caring and knowledgable physicians and staff. Pediatrics: Our Pediatricians provide comprehensive care focusing on the special needs of children to promote their healthy growth and development. We offer newborn (while in hospital) care, neonatal care, childhood well and sick visits. A well and sick waiting rooms are offered for your convenience. We provide childhood immunizations, hearing testing, and screening for all pediatric needs. Our pediatric doctors also provide in-hospital care if your child were ever to need such advanced care. All this and more is done in a warm, child-friendly, family-friendly environment. Family Practice: Our Family Practitioners provide comprehensive care of patients of all ages in a family-centered approach focusing on health maintenance and growth/development. These might include immunizations and acute care for the children, a college physical for a sibling, a pap smear for mom, or a physical or acute care for a grandparent. Internal Medicine: Our Internists provice comprehensive care of adult patients focusing on health maintenance, and long-term management of medical illnesses. We offer specialized care for adults from ages 18 to 118. An emphasis on wellness and prevention is a core philosophy. Management of complex and multi-factorial diseases is also provided in a kind and caring atmosphere. The individual needs of each patient are considered in order to provide a custom-fit approach to each challenge. Lab Services: At the South and University sites, we maintain COLA-certified, award-winning, in-house labs. They are capable of testing for acute care items such as rapid-strep tests, urinalysis, urine pregnancy tests, vaginal specimen assessment, 5-minute rapid flu testing, and many more. We also can draw your blood work on site and send it to a reference lab for more advanced testing. The Randolph office has access to all of these services as well through a lab located in the same building. Appointments: At all our sites, we strive to accommodate your needs Monday through Friday in a fast and efficient manner. If you call with an acute need, it is commonplace that you'll be able to set up an appointment and be seen that same day. Even physicals can sometimes be same-day.
