		Welcome to Meridian!  --  About Us Meridian Medical Group is an all primary care, multi-specialty group that provides comprehensive medical care to all patients of all ages. Founded in 1999, and formerly known as the Carolina Health Care Group, we strive to meet or exceed patient expectations -- not just in terms of diagnosis and treatment -- but also in hospitality, convenience, and patient satisfaction. We have caring, board-certified providers specializing in Pediatrics, Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine who focus on the patient's individual needs. As primary care physicians, wellness and preventative health services are emphasized. At the same time, we offer quick access to medical care weekdays at our three offices. Same-day appointments are not only possible, but commonplace. We strive to be as accommodating to today's busy schedule as possible, while at the same time keeping the focus on the patient's well-being. Physical exams (including pap smears) are encouraged for preventative health services, and can usually be scheduled within weeks, and sometimes days, of your call.
